Ran the Box → SharePoint Online migration for 500 users across 25 departments — 10+ TB moved via CloudFuze — plus a coordinated Egnyte → SharePoint Online and Veeva Vault path. Delivered PowerApps for onboarding, cellphone reimbursement, and car insurance workflows, plus Power BI dashboards for clinical trial data.

    PMO liaison across a full O365 migration, coordinating an inventory across Box, Veeva Vault, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint. Oversaw Egnyte → SharePoint Online for a subsidiary and a 1,500-user SharePoint cutover during subsidiary integration, with governance and compliance requirements baked into the wave plan.
