01 · Assess
Ran a full-estate inventory across Box, Veeva Vault, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint with ShareGate. Mapped ownership and sensitivity down to the site and library level.
02 · Design
Set the target tenant architecture, defined the wave model for the subsidiary cutover, and baked governance and compliance requirements into the wave criteria — not into a separate document nobody reads.
03 · Migrate
Oversaw the Egnyte → SharePoint Online path for a subsidiary and the 1,500-user SharePoint cutover, coordinating multiple delivery vendors and internal IT against the PMO plan.
04 · Adopt
Handed clean tenant configuration and post-cutover runbooks to internal operations; stayed on as PMO escalation for governance questions after go-live.
