A clinical-stage biopharma consolidating collaboration and content onto Microsoft 365 while keeping regulated content on the platforms its quality and clinical teams already trusted.
Box carried general R&D and departmental content; Egnyte held regulated documents that had to land on Veeva Vault, not SharePoint. The program had to hold both truths at once — with 500 users across 25 departments watching every wave.

Approach

01 · Assess
Inventoried Box and Egnyte down to the folder and permission level. Split content into two streams: general collaboration bound for SharePoint Online, and regulated content bound for Veeva Vault.
02 · Design
Architected the SPO information architecture — 200+ sites, hub-and-spoke navigation, sensitivity labels — and coordinated the Veeva Vault target with the QA / clinical teams so the regulated path met their controls.
03 · Migrate
Ran the Box → SharePoint Online cutover for 10+ TB using CloudFuze, and the Egnyte → Veeva Vault path in parallel. Sequenced waves by department to keep clinical operations uninterrupted.
04 · Adopt
Built PowerApps for onboarding, cellphone reimbursement, and car insurance workflows; delivered Power BI dashboards for clinical trial data; and Power Automate flows to retire manual handoffs.
