About Orynted

Built by the people
who run the migrations.

A specialist consultancy for Microsoft cloud programs — data migration, identity and endpoint, infrastructure, Power Platform, and governance — built for government agencies and regulated industries that can't afford a slipped cutover.

Orynted-style delivery team planning a Microsoft 365 program

Manifesto

We started Orynted because too many Microsoft cloud programs get sold as a tooling decision and delivered as a scramble.

Cutover windows get missed. Compliance evidence gets reconstructed after the fact. Executives lose confidence in a plan that made sense on paper.

Our answer is simple: put senior practitioners in the room from day one, diagnose before prescribing, and stay long enough that the internal team owns the tenant when we leave.

How we're built

Four commitments the firm is organized around.

Federal-grade discipline

We've run cleared programs. Change control, evidence, and DR aren't afterthoughts.

Biopharma track record

GxP-adjacent moves and Veeva-aware routing — we've done this at multi-TB scale.

Senior-only bench

PMP and CSPO-certified practitioners. The people you meet do the work.

Tenant, not just tooling

We design the target tenant first. Tools serve the plan, not the other way around.

Our team

The people you'll actually work with.
